This means we'll likely see the patch live on the Xbox One version of the game in the next week or so - the certification process from Microsoft tends to take longer than it would on a PC, where devs can practically update their products whenever they want.
Console certification generally takes longer, and as such the PUBG development team can't estimate when the patch will go live, though they do note specifics regarding the next patch are due to go live 'later this week'.
This restructuring was designed to eliminate redundancies, improve usability, and increase clarity and transparency.
